We like to ensure that the welfare standards are met, all the way up until your new family member/s get to their new home.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Here at The Aqua Factor, the service we use for our deliveries is ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL NEXT DAY BY 1PM (Between 7am and 1pm)
DUE TO LICENSING WE CAN ONLY SEND OUT FOR ARRIVAL FOR TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY OR FRIDAY
WE CANNOT SEND OUT FOR MONDAYS, SATURDAYS OR SUNDAY, THIS IS DUE TO THE POSTAL SERVICE DAYS AND DOWN TO ENSURING THAT THE WELFARE OF THE FISH COME FIRST
WE CANNOT SEND OUT FOR TUESDAYS FOLLOWING A BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY DUE TO THE POST OFFICES BEING CLOSED.
WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SELECT THE DATE YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
YOUR LABEL WILL BE CREATED THE DAY BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF YOUR FISH, ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PACKED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOUR ORDER.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY ORDER THAT COMES IN, WE NOTE DOWN THE DAY YOU WOULD LIKE FOR DELIVERY IN OUR DIARY, SO PLEASE DON'T WORRY ABOUT EMAILING THIS IS CHECKED AND BOOKED IN WHEN THE ORDERS COME THROUGH.
IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY DAY, THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE FISH ARE SENT, WE PREPARE THE FISH FOR THEIR TRAVELS, SO ITS IMPORANT WE KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT, ONCE THEY ARE SENT WE CANNOT INTERVEINE WITH THE POSTAL SERVICE.

We want to ensure that you have all the information you need for purchasing from us.
Our postage rates are priced up per weight of the box, before you pay this is all worked out so there is no hidden fees!
Weight does depend on a few factors, the species of fish, the size of the fish and even the tail type, as some tail types need a larger volume of water!
Generally each bagged fish is around 0.186grams - 0.250grams
